Emma Weldridge Bio
Dance History & Lyrical
Emma Weldridge is a dedicated performing arts educator with over seventeen years of experience in the industry. She began her training at Brendan Scully’s B*Famous Stage School and competed internationally across Ireland, the UK, Norway, and the United States.
Emma holds a FETAC Level 5 and Higher National Diploma in Performing Arts and Theatre Studies, as well as a BA (Hons) Degree from Swansea Metropolitan University. She further refined her professional training at The Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin.
As founder and director of Dublin Dance Company, one of Ireland’s leading competitive dance schools for children and young people, Emma brings extensive practical experience to her teaching. She is passionate about nurturing creativity, technical skill, performance confidence, and an appreciation of dance history in her students.
